Director of Children's and Youth Ministry

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's and Youth Ministry Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and and implementing the church’s children and youth ministries. The director will recruit and empower a team of family ministry volunteers who will lead the children’s ministry. .

## Responsibilities

- Recruit, empower, and equip/train volunteers to lead children's ministries as a part of the Family and Children's Ministry Team.

- Collaborate with team to select appropriate curriculum.

- Oversee Pre-K through Middle School Sunday School Program.

- Collaborate with Lead Pastor and assist with confirmation program and other initiatives related to youth.

- Manage program budgets and resources effectively

- Able to communicate well and collaborate with volunteers and staff.

- Ability to equip people from the congregation to lead and do ministry.

- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills.

- Values and enjoys working with children and families.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10,500.00 - $13,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
