You’ll need to have:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• The ability and willingness to work your scheduled times
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook- High Tech Skills
• Experience gaining and growing customer relationships
• Customer service experience- experience as banking and/or operating system support- a big plus.
• MSR, Episys and Loan Processing experience- preferred.
