Product Manager
The Role
The Product Manager has the responsibility to Client and define products and services that deliver the maximum value to our clients, efficiency to our team, and competitive differentiation in the crowded cybersecurity market. What you'll do:
  • Lives by the Company corporate values: Protect the House, Help Clients Win, Always Improve
  • Identify, define, and deliver consistent, well-understood, and helpful services by creating consistent service expectations, balancing client needs, and integrating the input of key stakeholders
  • Gain understanding of business needs, elicit requirements, analyze information to prioritize, and document requirements
  • Build roadmaps, epics, and stories aligned to the organizational vision and documented requirements
  • Work with external client and market data to define and rationalize existing services, enhancements, and new areas of effort to maximize value
  • Work collaboratively with security services, engineering, marketing, design, and other teams to ensure that solutions and services meet requirements and address implementation concerns of all parties
  • Iterate quickly and adapt to change based on qualitative and quantitative data to launch products and features
  • Act as the product champion for projects, creating missionaries throughout the organization who are aligned on a common goal
  • Research the competitive managed security service landscape to assist Marketing in positioning the Company's place within it
  • Identify and validate buyer and user personas for the Company's integrated security services to ensure product/market fit and client satisfaction
  • Translate the Company's business strategy into Product Strategy to facilitate a shared understanding of product roadmap and cross-company collaboration
  • Play a guiding role in the development and technical validation of the Company's go-to-market messages and positioning for use with all stakeholders
Requirements for this role:
  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of product management experience
  • Four (4) years or more product management experience
  • Two (2) years or more experience, with digital transformation, solution design, business planning, strategy development, competitive analysis, or financial analysis
  • Experience with complex project and client requirement definition
  • Experience utilizing Agile Development process like Kanban, Lean, or Scrum
  • Proven organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentations skills
  • Self-starting and collaborative work style
  • Desire and ability to continuously learn and apply new technical skills
  • Ability to self-manage time and tasks as well as engagements to ensure timely and accurate response to requests
  • Must be a citizen of the United States
Additional capabilities that will differentiate you for this role:
  • Demonstratable experience influencing others to gain commitment and build solutions
  • 2 years demonstrable knowledge in cybersecurity within the cybersecurity fields of SIEM, MDR, Assurance, or penetration testing
  • Experience with managed security, or another similarly complex service or SaaS offering
