Job Description:
Position: Machine Operator
Temp to Hire Position! Long-Term Opportunity.
Schedule/Hours: 2nd Shift 3PM - 1:30 AM, Monday-Thursday
- Hands-on training and cross-training across multiple departments.
- Long-term upward career growth opportunities; many supervisors and leads began in production roles.

- Set up machinery according to production specifications and schedules.
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery to keep it in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, downtime, and production output.
- Operate equipment independently and adhere to safety and quality protocols.
- Document all batch data and cleaning logs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and operate equipment.
