Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM
Pay Rate: $18 per hour. Bilingual candidates earn $20 per hour.
Customer Service Representative Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line of our company, handling inbound and outbound calls with our valued customers. Your responsibilities will also include scanning documents and updating information in our systems, as well as performing essential data entry tasks.
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
