P&C Licensed Insurance Agent Job Details:

• Schedule: M-F 8am- 5pm
• Pay Rate: $19-28/hr Sales roles offer up to 50% commissions on new business
• Sales positions are Hybrid after 90 days

Licensed Insurance Agent Job Description:

• P&C Sales Agents:
  • Managing client communication via email, calls, and occasional meetings
  • Networking, marketing, and cold/warm calls to build business portfolio
  • Upselling, Quoting and servicing policies
  • Documentation of client records
• Service Agents:
  • Manage existing client account communication-email, phone and in person
  • Assistance with billing, policy, premium, and renewal-based conversations
  • Redirect higher-level calls to the proper party
  • Assisting with claims
  • Document all activities, interactions, and account updates within computer system

P&C Licensed Insurance Agent Job Requirements:

• Must possess an active license in Property and Casualty OR Personal lines license in Virginia or Previously held P&C insurance license
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
• Excellent communication skills/phone skills required
