Job Details for a Remote Sales Representative:

• Pay Rate: $19.00/HR to start, $21.00/HR after training sales incentives

• Schedule: Must have open availability to work from home every day (Mon-Sun) from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm CST, as different shifts are assigned

• Fully Remote Sales & Customer Service Position: Inbound & outbound calls (warm leads), NO COLD CALLING

• Equipment: Windows 10 or higher computer required (No Chromebooks or Apple computers)

The Ideal Candidate for a Remote Sales Representative:

• Patient & Empathetic

• Communication skills, problem-solving skills, and passion for customer service.

• Someone with a “people-first” attitude and ready to make a positive impact on others

Job Responsibilities for a Remote Sales Representative:

• Partner with the customer to understand and process their request

• Complete sales and enrollments for healthcare insurance policies (state licensing provided)

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with warm leads, NO cold-calling

• Identify new opportunities to increase product sales

Job Requirements for a Remote Sales Representative:

• High School Diploma/GED

• 1 years of customer service/call center AND sales experience

• Ability to type at least 35 WPM

• Hardwired internet connection (10MBPS download speed/6MBPS upload speed required)

• MUST RESIDE IN TEXAS for state licensing
