* Selling and preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Collecting money, and/or tickets for beverages served and providing change as needed. Processing credit/debit card transactions on the District's devices in an efficient manner.
* Setting up bar area(s) before each event in timely and efficient manner.
* Tearing-down bar area(s) at end of each event; includes returning all items to the proper storage area.
* Keeping bar area(s) stocked, clean, sanitary and "visitor friendly" during each event.
* Verify legal age requirements by checking identification of all customers.
* Attending to all customer needs/problems in a prompt & courteous manner, includes making sure customers are not over-served. Comply with local and state beverage regulations.
* Completing pre and post-shift beverage inventory of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products.
* Maintaining an inventory relevant to the crowd and time of event; alerting Event Managers when more product is needed or if there is more than needed.
* Assisting event admission sale and entrance locations as needed by Event Managers.
* Wearing proper designated uniform or identification.
* Following all safety procedures that pertain to the duties performed. Supporting all aspects of the Park District's safety program.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
