Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires prior experience of 3-5 years of managing an automotive repair facility or an automotive dealership.

Duties:
- Manage store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Create and maintain a welcoming environment for customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements:
- Proven experience in successful management of automotive repair facility
- Strong budgeting skills to manage store finances effectively
- Knowledge of automotive repair a must.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to sell services effectively and manage a team to do the same
- Experience with payroll management is preferred
