Responsibilities
•Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
•Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
•Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers
•Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to determine wants and needs
•Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
•Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
•Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
Qualifications
• Must have a valid Florida Real Estate License
•Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
•Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred
•Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
•Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
•Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
