PEPM Group is Hiring a Lead or Senior Structural Engineer Near Tulsa, OK

Job description

The PEPM Group is an engineering, drafting, 3D modeling, and project management company in Tulsa, OK and Fayetteville, AR. The company consists of a team of Professional Engineers (PE) licensed in 48 states. The PEPM Group specializes in food processing facilities, manufacturing, and energy sectors, providing professional engineering services with a reputation for exceeding clients' expectations. The engineer will be the addition to the current CSA engineering team in Tulsa, OK or Fayetteville AR office. The job offers unlimited professional growth opportunities. Responsibilities

- Conduct structural analysis and design calculations for various projects including concrete design, building and steel design, proficient in STAAD or RISA.

- Prepare technical drawings with the support of the drafting team, provide specifications and scope of work.

- Collaborate with clients, fabricators and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

- Perform site visits to assess structural and site conditions and provide recommendations.

- Review and approve construction documents, including general arrangement and detail/shop drawings, and reports

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

- Monitor project progress and provide guidance to engineers and designers, leading the CSA team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

- Professional Engineer (PE) license required, Peng, Structural Engineer (SE) license desired.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering.

- Proficient in STAAD or RISA, Civil 3D, general arrangement and detail/shop drawings.

- Strong knowledge of building, concrete and steel codes and design principles.

- Experience in project management, attention to detail is must.

- Ability to learn new design concept.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, achieve the agreed project schedules and budgets.
