- Hiring, coaching, motivating a small but mighty team of Hot Sauce Enthusiasts
- Providing store administration and ensuing compliance of all policies and procedures
- Maintaining outstanding store appearance
- Maintaining store inventory levels and merchandising standards
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Providing innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience
- Conducting performance reviews
- Being the model of the Pepper Palace Experience
- Exhibiting excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Additional duties as assigned
