Job Description:

Pepper's Eyeware is an innovative sunglass company which has been around for 30 years searching for an energetic Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. We prefer someone with 3 years of prior sales/customer service experience. The right person has a positive, 'roll up your sleeves' attitude. In this role, you will work together with the team to deliver exceptional service and support to customers as well as contacting new customers to create sales. We provide an excellent work life balance with stable schedules. Our business hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with product explanations, pricing, availability, and suggesting additional styles
• Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat ongoing business.
• Respond to customer inquiries and answer order status questions.
• Working with and in other departments (warehouse) when needed to find solutions that meet customer expectations
• Contributing as a critical member of our high-performance team where your demonstrated teamwork & collaboration will help to achieve our collective success
• Maintain inventory availability online and through rep documents
• Attend trade shows
• The successful candidate will be personable, punctual, organized and detail-oriented. Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office programs. Strong work ethic is required.
