Per Mar Security Services has been a family owned and operated, full-service security company since its inception in 1953. We provide security officer, electronic security, fire alarm and background and investigative services, serving customers in multiple states throughout the Midwest region.Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for "AS NEEDED" Officers, to work at a variety of sites on an on-call basis. Officers will fill in for temporary jobs, open positions, call-offs, vacations, events, etc.
Pay: $16.00 to $17.50 per hour
Shift: Varies
Hours per week: Vary depending on the need and your availability
This is an as needed position, the more you are available to pick up shifts, the more hours you will work and can be full time if your availability allows that.

**Must have reliable transportation to and from sites
**Must be flexible and willing to pick up shifts as needed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
