Responsibilities

• Provide full-service cradle to grave desktop management support across the enterprise.
• Provide both site specific and remote support of desktop services for the resolution of technical problems.
• Support software and hardware refreshes and associated trouble-shooting efforts
• Provide access management services
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance such as general computer tasks, backup/restore, application loads, disk utilization, system loading, and monitoring
• Detect, isolate, document, quickly report, and resolve system outages or problems encountered during operations of the operational system baseline
• Coordinate IT system installations, maintenance, and upgrades
• Implement and support incident and problem management

Qualifications

• BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10
• Enterprise operations administration, including: remote desktop support, active directory, software installation, and incident response
• Good communication skills to effectively and accurately exchange information
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security CE)
• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility
