Position Overview: The Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handling a variety of tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with other customer service-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, and returns.
• Maintain and update customer records and accounts.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
