Job Description: We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, improve our marketing and sales efforts, and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Define the most important social media KPIs and track performance.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Manage and respond to social media interactions promptly.
- Handle social media advertising and paid campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
