Perceptics has been enabling safe, secure, and efficient mobility through AI-based vehicle recognition solutions for the North American transportation industry for 40 years. Headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, we develop software and hardware solutions for border security, roadway safety, video tolling and access management. While the license plate reader has been our dominant product over the years, other high-performance vehicle recognition and software solutions have been developed to support our customer base. We have recently expanded our vehicle recognition software offerings to meet the ever-changing needs of the transportation industry.
Position Overview:
Perceptics is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Solution Sales Manager role to engage with general engineering consultants, technology integrators, toll agencies, and OEMs. The focus will be to position Perceptics’ Summitt Software Suite as the way to optimize video and image-based tolling and enforcement solutions.
The Solution Sales Manager will be an individual contributor and is expected to lead the development of sales strategies, the identification and evaluation of sales leads, and the management and execution of sales opportunities. This role will be responsible for maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities and providing accurate sales forecasts. They will act as a company representative at industry tradeshows and conferences. They will also be responsible for guiding the delivery of products and services to customers and serve as a point of contact for the customer following implementation.
This position will report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and can be hybrid or remote.

• On-Target Earnings (OTE) range (Base Commission)- $110k-$130k
