-100% Commission Based - Earn up to 90% Commission Split

As a Perch Apartment Locator, you'll help clients find the perfect place to land! We are a full-service brokerage that focuses on Apartment Locating, while also offering Realty services. Utilizing our support and market expertise, you'll receive plenty of hot leads each month to convert into leased residents in and around the Greater San Antonio market!

We're looking for Licensed Real Estate Agents who are:

Agents are expected to:
-Represent the Perch brand to the highest level with leads, customers, and properties
-Show initiative in fully "Nurturing" Perch provided leads
-Escort clients when necessary to tour and apply at properties
-Communicate progress and stay organized by updating lead/client notes and statuses
-Effectively build rapport and communicate with leads/clients
-Provide expedient search results and respect your clients' time
-Show a willingness to learn and continue improving
-Understand and adhere to Perch best practices
