Responsibilities And Duties
- Market and sell homes to achieve company growth targets.
- Proactively generate and manage leads, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Cultivate resident satisfaction, ensuring successful move-in follow-ups and generating referral sales.
- Collaborate with the team to develop community sales and marketing plans, attending regular strategy meetings.
- 1 year of car, insurance, B2B, or independent contractor/ 1099 sales experience
- Proven track record of success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Active drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Competitive Compensation Package (Base $3200 per sale Commission)
