Candidates should be comfortable with basic maintenance, janitorial, and groundskeeping work. Responsibilities And Duties
- Perform basic janitorial and groundskeeping tasks
- Learn to do basic apartment maintenance work
- Work closely with the Maintenance supervisor on-site
- 1 year of janitor or groundskeeping experience
- Active driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Available for a full-time schedule
- Interest in learning to perform basic maintenance tasks
