- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Communicate job expectations, coach the service team, and monitor your team’s performance against company goals
- Provide feedback for improvement and guidance in defining career paths and professional development plans
- 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Active HVAC/ EPA certification
- Experience with property or 500 units or managing teams of 8 people
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Brand new property with reliable systems
