Responsibilities and Duties

• Assess patient's physical conditions and design tailored treatment plans in their homes

• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques

• Educate patients and their families on prevention and wellness strategies

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy, preferably in a home health setting

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
