Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. This is a part time position (Up to 29 hours per week) with a schedule to meet your needs. If you're a student who needs to work around your classes, or a parent who needs to drop off and pick up your kids from school, we can work with you. Our Call Center Representative Role Has Several Responsibilities
- Using computers for research
- Reaching out and contacting customer in an outbound call environment
- Excellent organizational, people and phone skills;
- Ability to work independently, accurately with strong task focus
- General high school education or equivalent, although vocational training in legal support is a plus;
- 0- 2 years of related work experience; and
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing competence and accuracy
