Peregrine Team is Urgently Hiring for Quality Review LVN near Newport Beach, CA. This is a local position with 13-week-long contracts (able to extend).
Quality Review LVN– 40hours- 8*5

• Weekly Rate:$1,400.00/week
• Current BLS certification - Required
• Current California LVN License - Required
• One (1) to two (2) years of clinical experience - Required
• Quality Review experience in a home health or other healthcare setting - Required
• OASIS certification (COS-C) - Preferred
• OASIS Home Health ICD-10 coding certification - Preferred
• Working knowledge of OASIS and ICD-10 coding
• Knowledge of federal regulations and state licensure requirements
• Shift- 5x8 Days (M- F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
