This position assists the Regional Director in managing property performance, ensuring resident satisfaction, and handling financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has excellent communication skills, providing support to both management and residents.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Relations:
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries, service requests, and complaints.
- Maintain positive resident relationships by ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Assist with lease renewals, move-in/move-out processes, and resident orientations.
- Support resident engagement efforts and community events.
- Assist with leasing efforts by conducting tours, handling applications, and completing lease agreements.
- Ensure that the property meets occupancy goals through proactive leasing and resident retention efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property amenities, unit availability, and pricing.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to promote the community.
- Collect rent payments, manage delinquencies, and prepare deposit slips for timely processing.
- Assist in preparing reports related to property performance, occupancy rates, and rent collections.
- Maintain accurate records of resident files, lease agreements, and financial transactions.
- Assist with budgeting and invoice processing as directed by the Community Director.
- Conduct routine audits of records for accuracy.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that service requests and repairs are completed efficiently and to residents' satisfaction.
- Ensure the community and common areas are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with property standards.
- Conduct property inspections and report any issues to the Community Director.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.
- Assist in enforcing property policies, including leasing terms, pet policies, and resident conduct.
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in property management, leasing, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
