Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls
• Prospect and generate sales leads
• Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
• Achieve required goals
• Successfully develop all evaluated key indicators
• Complete special marketing projects within the agency
• Maintain a sense of urgency when interacting with customers
• Provide historical records by maintaining records on customer sales
• Maintain training and knowledge of all products.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and help them understand available tools to become more self-sufficient.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.

Minimum Qualifications:

• P&C Insurance licensed or Personal Line Licensed
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
