Lawn Care Technician
Overview of the company and position of lawn care technician

Perf-A-Lawn is a family owned and operated business, providing professional lawn care and services to its customers since 1980. If you like being outdoors,working independently, and speaking with customers then this is the job for you. No previous training is necessary, all skills required for this job will be taught to you. A typical day includes obtaining a route, driving a company vehicle, and applying applications to our customer lawns.

As a lawn care technician with Perf-a-Lawn, you will receive paid training as well as educational opportunities to acquire state licensing which allows for more growth and pay in the company. As a lawn care technician you have a tablet and printer which tells you where your stops are and the services that need to be performed at each stop. Our lawn care technicians earn 700-1000/week based on a 40 hour work week. Overtime is available and pay raises after 30 days. Part time and flextime is also available. Also earn increased pay for goals that may be met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Saturday and Sunday work not required.

Qualifications and Skills

- Drivers license with good driving record required

- Good physical condition

- Ability to lift or carry 50 pound bags

- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Time management skills

- Goal oriented environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
