• Active involvement in ordering and receiving new shipments
• Coordinating sizes with corresponding event types . (Youth vs. High School)
• Managing inventories 
• Planning and executing distribution of merchandise to on site sales interns.

• Ensure high levels of satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Evaluate and oversee merchandise sales interns at various locations.
• Recommend and display items that match the customer needs.
• Manage point of sales and processes using the Square app.

• Coordinating the collection of merchandise from all locations and interns.
• Ensuring all merchandise is accounted for and returned (back to the office or in storage).
• Monitoring sales performance of products for future reference
• Verifying correct inventories after sales.
• Reporting all information and logistics back to the head merchandise coordinator.
