The Customer Service Representative will assist clients by arranging service appointments and going above and beyond to enhance the lives of our clients. We treat our clients like family!
QUALIFICATIONS
•Must be able work in the Aurora, IL office
•Proven track record in excellent customer service
•Ability to multitask; proficient typing while engaging with clients over the phone
•Experience with CRM software and phone systems
•Detailed oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills
•Team oriented, eager to learn within a respect driven environment
•Ability to build trust with the team, clients and demonstrate empathy
•Believes in, promotes, and lives out the company's visions and values
JOB DUTIES
•Reliable transportation to and from the Aurora office
•Convert incoming client calls into booked service appointments.
•Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable
•Respond to client requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
•Display professionalism and establish customer rapport
•Engage in ongoing training to increase call proficiency, inbound and outbound
•Adhere to the company's plan for resolving client complaints in a timely manner with a favorable outcome
•Maintain and update client database with complete and accurate information
•Plant the seed for our Perfect Home Services VIP program
•Responsible to meet the needs of the 3-Day Call Board
