Perfect Sweep Inc is Hiring a Facilities Maintenance Worker Near Toledo, OH
Under general supervision of the Project Manager, the Facilities Maintenance Handyman will perform work to repair customer facilities and make sure all properties are operating properly for company customer locations. In this role, Facilities Maintenance Handyman will maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of our customer locations. Facilities Maintenance Handyman will also perform Winter snow work as needed. You will be required to operate light trucks with or without snowplows.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Handpicking trash from property, weeding and spraying for weeds, changing trash cans, clean-outs of vacant units, installing signs, power washing, etc.
Must have good driving record and be able to pass drug screen.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
