Role Overview: As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our window tinting operations including ceramic coating and PPF installation. From managing day-to-day activities to ensuring quality control, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in motivating and guiding our team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of window technicians, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Manage Schedules, inventory management, and workflow optimization to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and expand our customer base.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• Handles sales, leads, estimates, and invoicing

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a managerial role, in the automotive or window tinting industry is a MUST.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and other relevant software applications.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
