Perfect Wellness Group Inc. is Hiring a Customer Support Associate Near New York, NY

Perfect Wellness Group is a start-up created in 2019 with the focus on planning, developing and create technologies and solution for wellness centers. We build saunas, steam room, snow rooms, and any other cabins that fits commercial and residential spa. We work in all of North America.

Perfect Wellness Group is seeking an Operations Specialist to oversee the logistical operations of our company. In this position, you will handle customer inquiries and requests, serve as a liaison between the factory and sales representatives, and ensure customer satisfaction for every order. There is also an analytical aspect to this job. As you monitor our operations, you will look for areas that are inefficient or unnecessarily costly for the company. You will report these to your supervisor and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries on products and processes
  • Process orders and issue invoices to customers
  • Liaise between the factory and sales representative in order to create both standard and custom
  • project quotes
  • Manage customer communications in regard to order placement and status
  • Monitor daily deliveries and troubleshoot delays as appropriate
  • Ensure all orders are within prescribed margins and issue change orders as needed
  • Post orders once deliveries are completed
  • Schedule shipments/freight from overseas suppliers and manage deliveries of goods to jobsites
  • in coordination with the project management team
  • Oversee inventory at the warehouse and report low volume as needed
  • Monitor day-to-day operations
  • Alert your supervisor when there are major service disruptions
  • Handle customer issues when necessary
  • Analyze our operations for areas that need improvement
  • Propose solutions for positive change and growth
  • Process new dealer credit applications
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Team player who enjoys working in a small business environment and willing to adapt roles as necessary
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
