- Sources cost of new and repair pricing on jobs with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM)
- Informs customer of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
- Quotes all incoming jobs in a timely manner
- Confers with production or shipping to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
- Receives and checks customer complaints
- Handles all filing related to the assigned customer group
- Fills out customer concern forms on sub-contracted jobs
- Prepares various reports to customers or management as needed
