About Us : At perfeQTion, we offer cutting-edge technology to screen for breast cancer. Our imaging uses sound waves to create a 3D reconstruction of the breast in minutes. This revolutionary approach offers a safe, comfortable, fast, radiation-free, and efficient alternative to the current breast imaging methods. Our mission is to make this available to women across the United States. This will be the first site open on the East Coast. 

Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge of the technology to ensure effective communication with clients.
• Answer and manage incoming calls and emails professionally.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Provide information about our services and products to clients.
• Assist with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Maintain client records and manage office supplies and maintain inventory. 
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or greater.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment.
• Go getter, can-do attitude required. 
• Empathic, friendly attitude and eagerness to help others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Practice Better platform ideal. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience with remote work tools and technology.
