The Marketer Development Executive reports to the VP of Marketer Development and will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and growing our clients’ performance marketing campaigns. This position has great potential for someone looking to build a career in a fast-paced, growing industry. We are looking for a self-motivated, persistent, versatile, and resourceful individual who wants to grow with the company.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Prioritize and grow Marketer accounts through relationship building and proactive account management
  • Manage numerous client relationships of all sizes through daily email, phone, and instant messenger interactions
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new Marketers
  • Analyze client performance data and make strategic, data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of updates, solutions and needs
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services for diversification purposes
  • Track and analyze account metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for optimization
  • Deliver regular updates and comprehensive account analyses to the Vice President of Marketer Development
  • Engage in occasional travel for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), attending trade shows, and conducting client visits.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in identifying and resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Confident demeanor and very comfortable working with varying personality types
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical & math skills
  • Insatiable desire to learn and ability to adapt to changing routines and technology
  • Experience with relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office
