Job Description:

The IT Sr. Systems Administrator reports to the Director of IT and works collaboratively with the rest of the IT team to maximize the productivity and efficiency of the Perform[cb] IT Department. This person works with all levels of the organization on the strategic and day to day IT needs of the organization. We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to lead the organizational efforts on cyber security, strategic planning, automation, AI, and day to day IT issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Expert level familiarity with supporting both Mac and Windows hardware and operating systems
  • Administer our fleet of hardware via MDM, and ensure device policies meet compliance needs. Experience with MDM tools such as InTune, JAMF, or Workspace ONE
  • Familiarity and use of Apple Business Manager
  • Proven ability to address support tickets, working directly with our employees and vendors in a timely and friendly manner
  • Able to evaluate AI and automation tools, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve business processes
  • Able to use API tools for identity and system automation
  • Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material for internal employees and IT staff.
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of off the shelf enterprise applications and also collaborate with our Software Engineers for solutions developed in house
  • Understanding and experience with configuration of SSO, SAML, and other identity tools
  • Understanding and ability to perform SSL and domain management.
  • Assist with cost savings efforts managing software as a service applications across the company.
  • Understanding and adherence to standard data control and management standards

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience on a similar role
  • Experience with cyber security technology
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Experience administering support platforms such as Okta, WorkspaceOne, Azure AD, Kandji, and/or Google Workspace.
  • Experience administering user facing applications such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira and/or Confluence and Microsoft Enterprise applications.
  • Experience administering both macOS and Windows.
  • Experience administering remote environments (VPNs, Azure, )

Bonus Experience (desirable)

  • Jira experience
  • Implementing EDR solutions
  • Microsoft Sharepoint Administration
