As one of our talented Regional Managers you will be responsible for the people development and operational excellence of an assigned number of stores. Through quality leadership of your teams, you ensure that all company objectives are met including coaching, setting of company standards, and improving operational efficiencies and best practices. Additionally, you are responsible for maximizing sales to drive profitability and achieve your region’s sales goals while maintaining S&B’s merchandising and new business standards. Our Regional Manager plays a key role in growing our brand, fostering our company culture, and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Essential Job Duties

  • Lead through selling effectiveness, customer engagement & operational excellence to drive sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Embrace metrics and take action to improve store performance.
  • Execute group sales to meet or exceed sales plan.
  • Consistently and comprehensively manage your talent.
  • Recognize and celebrate performance that is above expectations. Identify performance that is below expectations and coach to improvement.
  • Review financial reports to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Identify and implement best practices consistently.
  • Stay abreast of competitors. Communicate competitive information to the store operations and merchandising teams.
  • Drive S&B’s cultural vision.

Education and Experience

  • 5 years of multi-unit specialty retail supervision.
  • A formal education is preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit expectations.
  • Proven ability to meet current and future business goals.
  • Proven ability to work independently while delivering on performance expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity with optimism and agility.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; may require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to travel to stores weekly; travel 50-75%
