As a Client Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and account executives. Your role will involve ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams to create, execute, and monitor effective digital marketing campaigns.
You will play a crucial part in maintaining client satisfaction and achieving campaign success.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and account executives, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Collaborate with account executives to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and industry trends to provide tailored recommendations.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
