Job Description
Purpose
The maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. This position directly reports to Plant Manager
Duties and Responsbilities
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electric trouble shoot
- basic knowledge of plastic processing.
- Troubleshoot problems with injection molding machines and their auxiliary equipment.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other repairs as needed.
- Operate forklift as needed.
- Oversee the preventative maintenance for plant equipment.
- Perform any other assignments given by his/her supervisor.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance for every start up job or every day ( check all auxiliary equipment , material dryer and machine
Physical Requirements:
· Sit, stand, and walk for long period of time.
· Lift up to 25 Ibs and good hand-eye coordination.
· Must be able to talk, Listen, and speak clearly.
