Position Purpose :

As the Merchandise Supervisor , you will report to the Division Sales Director and will be responsible for hiring, training and managing the Merchandise Associate team.

Leading this team driving strategic sales growth through maintenance and execution of the Mojo & SmartStock Programs. Maintaining an updated knowledge of our programs and policies then ensuring the SSR team is meeting all expectations.

A successful candidate will have effectively demonstrated the ability to organize and lead this service team to meet growth and execution expectations.

• Working based from the Division and spending balanced time in-field to inspect what you expect from the Merchandise team.
• Growing Division same store sales growth through category management in store service execution.
• Maintaining current knowledge of all selling technology and enterprise strategies and applying them to daily use with the Merchandise Team.
• Hiring, Training, Supporting and general management of Sales service Team.
• Reviewing and providing performance reports
• Responding and resolving customer concerns.
• Achieving goals for Corporate Marketing Programs.
• Building relationships across all accounts.
• Managing and directing the team to ensure objectives are met and policies are adhered to.
