OverviewWe are currently looking for a highly skilled Service Manager or Service Director to fill an immediate opening. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in Automotive Service Management, although a background in a High-Volume Dealership is a plus but not mandatory. Our top priority is ensuring customer satisfaction, which we achieve through retaining skilled technicians. To qualify for this position, you must possess excellent communication and team-building skills, and a proven track record of success in hitting or exceeding profitability goals. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, building a loyal client base, driving new business, controlling costs, developing and maintaining an excellent team setting and achieving sales and profit objectives and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction scores.

ResponsibilitiesService Manager:
Maintain the Highest level of Customer Satisfaction
Hire, train, engage, motivate, and manage the careers of all service department staff.
Direct and schedule the career activities of all team members.
monitor payroll and effective labor rate.
Forecast revenue goals and set objectives for the department.
Organize workflow to deliver quality work efficiently and timely.
Cross collaboration with other internal departments and across the organization
Understand and comply with all current federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know.
Communicate effectively with clients about needed automotive maintenance and repairs.
Handle and resolve client concerns.
Qualifications
5-years of Dealership Manager Experience (OEM) is a Big Consideration, But Not Required.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
High school diploma or the equivalent required.
Excellent communication, supervisory, and managerial skills
Ability to operate the department at a profit according to dealership guidelines.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
