Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Full-Time Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s calendar.
  • Verify and update patient information, including insurance details.
  • Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting co-pays and payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physical therapists, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of insurance and billing processes is an advantage.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
