Description

This is an entry-level roof sales position where you'll focus on self-generating leads, primarily through door-to-door efforts. Your role will involve assisting customers with insurance processes, financing options, or immediate repairs. While this is a sales position, prior sales experience isn't necessary. We're seeking customer service-oriented representatives who prioritize genuine quality.

Pay Structure

Real Roofing provides a base salary in addition to commission, following our standard pay structure. Commissions are earned upon full payment for the roof. Once the contract is signed and the initial deposit is collected, we aim to complete the roof within 1-2 weeks, depending on job size and the timely submission of job information by the sales representative.

Training

Your onboarding journey begins with a comprehensive 5-day training program, where you'll receive all the tools and resources needed for success. By the end of this training, you'll feel confident and well-equipped to sell roofing solutions. We provide shirts and any other necessary gear during the training period to ensure you're fully prepared to hit the ground running.
