We are currently seeking two full-time therapists for our location in Arlington, Texas. The prospective therapist must be fully licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LP, or LPA) by the State of Texas. **Please note we are NOT ACCEPTING provisionally licensed (LPC Associates, LMFT Associates, or LMSW) individuals at this location.

The prospective team member will have flexible working hours. We do encourage new therapists to offer some evenings or weekend hours to see clients. We work a 36 hour work week for full-time individuals. Therapists will be able to create their own schedule as long as the aforementioned criteria are met. Therapists will be required to do some lite marketing and networking (training and support provided).

Logos offers two payroll structures so you can choose the one that fits you the best. We have a salaried structure that offers flexibility in scheduling, a steady income, and paid time off. We also have a split employee structure if you prefer the opportunity for an even greater income potential.
