Duties :

· Lead 2 or 3 person install team to install and fasten metals railing into concrete, steel, wood, etc.

· Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings

· Measure and mark reference points on surfaces or materials

· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the installation process

· Follow Safety Protocols, ensure install team is following safety protocols (e.g. fall harnesses, PPE)

Requirements :

· Valid Drivers License, required

· Experience on a construction site installing architectural metals or equivalent (Carpentry, Plumbing, Field Service Technician)

· Proven experience as a Lead Installer or similar role; experience installing railings, a plus

· Strong knowledge of field installation techniques and procedures

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

· Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team
