Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales greeter’s must realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing satisfaction to customers.
• Approach, greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Determine their customer’s needs by asking question and listening carefully to their responses.
• Follow dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
• Introduce every customer to a Sales Manager.
• Must be dressed in a professional manner at all times. Dress pants, shirt and tie for men, Dress or pants with dress blouse for women and dress shoes or can wear one of the Perkins Logo Shirts without a tie.
• Maintain Customer Care Standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• The ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations governing retail sales in the state of Colorado.
• Ability to foster harmony and teamwork with the Sales Department and other departments.
• Ability to resolve all disputes and difficulties with professionalism and composure.
• Basic computer skills.

Education and Experiences:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
