THE GROWTH YOU PROVIDE AS A CAFE GENERAL MANAGER
Your shifts will cover the breakfast and brunch hours, getting off no later than 4 PM.
In the hospitality industry, flexibility is key. OUR IDEAL CAFE GENERAL MANAGER
We're looking for a detail-oriented leader who can meet the following qualifications:

• 4 years of operations and leadership experience in a fast-paced, casual dining environment
• Track record of being a proactive, involved leader with measurable results
• Previous restaurant cooking experience in a casual or fine dining establishment; expertise in proper food handling techniques and procedures
• Availability to work any schedule
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Customer-service focus, a sense of urgency, and the ability to be proactive
