Outlier Brands LLC is excited to announce an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced Restaurant General Manager.

Qualified candidates will be driven to succeed, possess excellent multitasking, interpersonal and communication skills with the desire to develop people and culture while having strong hospitality background and a passion for food and the guest experience. In addition to advanced operational skills, this individual must have experience in cost control and take full ownership and responsibility for all service operations.

Duties include:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and uphold company policies.
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and attract new customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with catering, food production, coffee, hotel, and bartending.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets and managing budgets.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
