Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel packages based on clients’ requirements
- Research and gather information on various travel options, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities
- Coordinate and book all aspects of clients’ travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel insurance
- Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety advisories for different destinations
- Handle all aspects of travel documentation, including passports, visas, and travel itineraries
- Assist clients with any changes or modifications to their travel plans, including rebooking flights, extending hotel stays, or arranging alternative accommodations
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process and during clients’ travel experiences
- Follow up with clients after their trips to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise
